Our emotional responses to life affect our body as much as the physicality, moreover, the structural and energetic impact of posture defines our overall wellbeing. Biomechanical stress, reflex spasm due to injury, postural distortion, psychological stress etc. lead to altered patterns of movement and compensation patterns. Massage will help get rid of most, if not all, of these issues. Inborn features further demand the adaptive capacity of the body and is a more complex subject. Sports Massage a combo of deep tissue, myofascial release and muscle energy techniques. This approach is more active and requires your participation to relieve pain fast and increase range of motion. 

Swedish Massage a light/ medium melody of effleurage incorporated for numerous reasons: Its deeply relaxing, enhances your body's immune system, promotes blood and nutrient circulation, warms up the body for deeper, advanced work and more... While entering this realm of deep relaxation, the brain produces homeostasis which is maintained by the spinal cord. The body then produces more chemicals that promote feelings of well-being, such as serotonin for mood control, dopamine for emotional response, and norepinephrine for dreaming. When these chemicals flow freely, all body systems function at their best and tension is released.

Post Isometric Relaxation-Reciprocal Inhibition (PIR-RI) aka Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is incorporated for those who have tension and/or trigger points, limiting Range of Motion. It's direct and requires active participation to engage the restrictive barrier against resistance. This technique will noticeably reset and increase your range of motion bringing increased flexibility and minimizing muscle/ joint pain. 

Deep Tissue Massage is an effective and revitalizing approach to relieving muscle stiffness and pain by delivering a slow, fine-tuned pressure along the muscle fiber direction reaching to the deeper layers of muscle, tendons and fascia. It stimulates blood flow and lengthens muscles helping tension release and scar tissue to break apart. 

Myofascial Release the connective tissue that surounds and connects every element in the human body and allow for intracellular communication and muscle function.
