The Journey That Brought Me Here

My path to healing work began in the medical field, where I witnessed firsthand how physical and emotional stress take root in the body. Those experiences — the long shifts, the urgency, the weight of care — fueled a deeper question: What actually restores us?

I turned to nature, yoga, and athletic discipline. These practices built stamina, self-awareness, and a quiet inner balance. They also opened my eyes to something the medical world often overlooks: the restorative power of the energetic body.

Hours spent gazing at the ocean's horizon and the stars above taught me about vibration and the subtle forces that shape our wellbeing. Long caretaking shifts taught me compassion. Tending to my own self-care taught me that healing is not a luxury — it's a necessity.

In 2014, I stepped into massage therapy. It wasn't a career change; it was a homecoming.

With over 800 hours of formal education, my approach is rooted in science and refined by intuition. I lead with unconditional love, trust, and integrity. My insight and artistry — guided by your body's wisdom — take you back into shape.

Because your body remembers what healing feels like.
